About us

Welcome to ONE Dance Initiative.

ONE Dance Initiative is more than just a name — it’s a piece of who I am.

When I was offered this opportunity of a lifetime, I knew I wanted to create something that truly felt like me — but not something simple or expected, like “Olivia’s Dance Center.” I wanted a name with meaning, something that told a story.

My mom gave me the idea to use my initials from when I was first born — O.N.E. — and once she said it, I instantly fell in love.

From there, I knew I didn’t want to follow the typical route of “ONE Dance Studio” or “ONE Dance Academy.” I wanted something that stood apart. Something that actually meant something.

That’s where “Initiative” came in.

This journey is about taking initiative — choosing to go after what you want, even when it’s scary, uncertain, or completely new. Dance has always been that for me. It has been my safe space, my therapy, my joy, and my passion—but it has also been a driving force in my life, teaching me an unbelievable amount of skills that have shaped who I am today. Through dance, I’ve learned who I am — first as a dancer, then as a teacher, and now as a studio owner stepping into something even bigger.

ONE Dance Initiative represents that evolution. It represents growth, courage, and the decision to keep moving forward.
