Competitive Program
Our Competitive Dance Program is designed for dedicated dancers who are passionate about growing both technically and artistically in a more focused and challenging environment. This program provides advanced training, performance opportunities, and a team atmosphere that encourages discipline, confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.
Competitive dancers receive comprehensive instruction across multiple styles while developing strong technique, versatility, stage presence, and a deeper understanding of their artistry. Throughout the season, dancers will attend competitions and participate in additional performance opportunities that allow them to challenge themselves, gain valuable experience, and create lasting memories alongside their teammates.
At ONE Dance Initiative, our competitive program is centered on uplifting and empowering each dancer — pushing them beyond what they thought possible while supporting them every step of the way.
Little
Sparks
Crew
Little Sparks Crew is an introductory, low-pressure competition experience designed for our youngest dancers to build confidence, teamwork, and performance skills in a positive environment.
The Little Sparks Crew is the perfect introduction to the competitive dance world for our youngest dancers, ages 4–6! This program allows dancers to compete at 2 regional competitions each spring while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for performing. Little Sparks dancers will gain valuable team experience, spend more time dancing and growing in the studio, and participate in fun group events locally alongside our Blueprint Crew. Dancers in Little Sparks Crew will perform 1 routine and attend a weekly Monday rehearsal dedicated to learning and rehearsing their competition dance.

Crew
The Blueprint Crew is our competitive dance company for dedicated dancers ages 7 and up who are looking to grow their technique, performance quality, and artistry in a more focused and challenging environment. This program is designed for dancers who are passionate about dance and ready to make a strong commitment to their training and team experience.
Blueprint Crew dancers will compete at 3 regional competitions, attend 1 dance convention, and compete at 1 national competition during the season. Dancers will also have opportunities to perform at local events, participate in team-building activities, and be part of the end-of-year recital opening number. Through additional training and performance opportunities, dancers will continue developing as strong, well-rounded performers both on and off the stage.
Auditions are required for all dancers interested in joining the Blueprint Crew. Auditions for the 2026–2027 season will take place on July 18th. Dancers must be 7 years old or older to audition.
